Just stop.
Did you ever notice that if you’re actually searching for happiness, it implies that you don’t already have it? So instead of searching, why not start to embrace it RIGHT NOW? It is right here, right in front of you.
If you’ve followed this blog for the past few years, you may have noticed that it has evolved over time. It started out as a creative outlet for a person who had no source of creativity in her life (that’s me.) When I felt drained and empty, this blog gave me a voice and a chance to express myself like I never had before. It was a catalyst that enabled me to leave a very unhappy 10-year career in dentistry. When I discovered that there were others out there just like me, others who felt stuck and were looking for a way out; I became inspired to share my story of how I got into and out of dentistry. Now that story has run its course. I’ve covered it all. There’s not much more to say, and it’s time to move on. While it was very cathartic for me and very helpful for others, it’s now time to let go of the past and start living in the present. After sharing my story, the only natural thing to do was to encourage and inspire others to get out of their own unhappy careers (many in dentistry.) If I can change, anyone can. People just need to know that change is possible.
Just as my blogging topics have followed a natural transition, the right vehicle has come into my life at the right time.
Now I have a way to share happiness with you, and you can share it too. So stop searching for happiness. Instead find it. Join me in a global movement to create and share happiness. It’s right here, right now. Just do it. Allow a little bit in, and you’ll see how it will grow. Watch this inspiring video, visit this live happy website, and become a part of the movement.
It’s free, and you have nothing to lose… except sadness, that is.
